The booking confirmation is binding
As a guest at Lyrsta R B&B, you will receive a written confirmation of your booking via email. Read the confirmation to see if everything (dates, prices, number of guests, etc.) looks right. The booking becomes binding 24 hours after the booking confirmation has been sent out. If your booking is made within 24 hours of check-in, the booking is binding from the moment the booking is made.
Handling of personal data
We want to give you the best service and fulfill our duties and in line with applicable legislation we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address when you book a room with us. By completing the booking, you consent to us processing the data, which in practice means that it is stored in our booking system. The information is used solely to get in touch with you regarding your booking. If, after your stay, you wish us to remove your personal data from our system, we request that you send us an email. If you do not, we will keep the information specified above for the next time you book.
You pay for your stay at check-in. We accept Swish mobile payment and cards; however, we prefer that you do not pay with cash. All our prices include VAT. Sheets and towels are included. As is cleaning of the room on departure.
Your room will be ready for check-in from 16.00 on the day of arrival. We are here to greet you until 18.00. If you would like to check in later, that’s fine. If we are not able to greet you, we will make sure that you will get relevant information to get here and about the room etc. in time before your arrival. If relevant to your booking, you will receive more information about the key box and how to locate your room. If you would like to arrive earlier than 16.00, we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready. However, there is always the option of leaving your luggage with us. If you would like to do that, we ask that you contact us in advance so that we are on site and can receive you and the luggage.
The room is at your disposal until 11.00 on the day of departure. If you wish, you can store your luggage here with us during the day. Check-out takes place, unless otherwise agreed, by returning the room key to us. When staying with us, you are responsible for the room key during your stay. If a key is missing at check-out, we will have to charge you the cost of a new lock (150 SEK).
If you need to cancel
If you have a change of plans and need to cancel your room, you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned time of arrival, after that the entire cost will be charged.
For everyone’s comfort, our rooms are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, you can do so on the patios. The “Tegelrummet” room is open for pets as well. Let us know at the time of reservation if you are travelling with a pet. Be careful with furniture and other items in the room. As a guest, you are fully responsible for any damage that occurs to the accommodation and its furnishings during your stay and undertake to compensate for such damage. As a guest, you may only use the room for what was agreed upon at the time of booking. You may also not allow more people to stay overnight in the room than those specified in connection with the booking. “
If the conditions are not met
As a lessor, we have the right to cancel your booked stay with immediate effect if you as a guest or someone in your party behaves in a disruptive manner, vandalises the accommodation or the surrounding area, or if the accommodation is used for a purpose other than what you stated. If this happens, you and your party must move out immediately without the right to any refund of the rental fee. “
What shouldn’t happen happens anyway. Therefore, we both have the right to withdraw the booking if it cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labour market conflicts, longer interruptions in the water or energy supply, fire, or other similar major events, which neither party could foresee or influence. “
